Additional Cover Options Subject to the payment of an additional charge of 0.35% for each option, you can delete the following exclusions:- Pairs & Sets - clause 9.1.3 can be deleted so that if items from a pair or set are lost or damaged we will take into account the reduction in value of the entire pair or set not just the affected item(s). Derangement - clause 11.3.10 will be waived so that if an item malfunctions your claim will still be considered even if there is no external damage to the item. Mould - the exclusions of Mould and Mildew within clause 11.3.5 will be deleted so that any claim for damage caused by these items will be considered. Claims Administration Fee - Standard Liability claims are subject to a handling fee of £100 but if you tick the appropriate box on the valuation form and pay the additional charge you benefit from Extra Cover where no fee applies.

By submitting this valuation I/we agree that this valuation form shall form the basis of the contract for standard liability shipment protection with the overseas mover named above and in accordance with the terms and conditions which are available on the Pinnacle website. I/we also agree to payment of the agreed shipment protection fee and that any amendment will involve an additional fee and any item not declared will not be covered.
