Thank you for choosing Pinnacle Removals & Storage. To ensure your move proceeds safely, efficiently and without avoidable delays, please review the declarations below and tick each box to confirm your understanding. If any aspect of your move has changed since your quotation or survey, you must notify your Move Manager or Move Coordinator immediately. Our operational and shipping teams rely on this information when planning your removal.

	Customer Declaration
	It is my responsibility to review my pre-move inventory, room by room, to ensure every item that I wish to ship has been included within my quotation and pre-move inventory.
	I will notify Pinnacle immediately if there are any additions, omissions or changes to my inventory, 5 working days or as soon as possible before the removal date.
	I understand that any changes to my inventory prior to my removal may result in additional charges and that late notification of any additional items, may prevent their inclusion due to operational/shipping constraints on my removal day.
	I confirm that access arrangements, parking and property access remain unchanged since my quotation, or that I have already informed Pinnacle of any changes that may affect the removal.
	I understand that customs duties, taxes, agricultural inspections and other government charges may be payable at destination where applicable. I confirm that I have read and understood the quotation and customs guides provided by Pinnacle.
	I understand that I am responsible for ensuring that I hold all documentation required for importation into my destination country, including passports, visas, permits and any supporting customs documentation.

Customer Acknowledgement

By signing this declaration, I confirm that the information I have provided is true, accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that Pinnacle Removals & Storage will rely upon this information when planning and carrying out my removal. I acknowledge that failure to notify Pinnacle of any changes before the removal commences may result in additional costs, delays, or certain items being excluded from my shipment where operational planning cannot reasonably be amended.
